SNACKS

Kodo Millet Lemon Poha –  An excellent substitute for Rice and Wheat, Kodo Millet is a superfood that has been cultivated since 7000 years and is a powerhouse of medicinal properties. Known to control diabetes, beat fatigue and faster healing of wounds.

Sprouts Salad – Sprouts provide wholesome nutrition. The low calorie sprouts bowl is an excellent source of fibre and protein, reduces cholesterol, improves eyesight, skin and hair.

Boiled Kabuli Chana Salad – Great source of protein, supports blood sugar regulation, digestion, brain health and aids weight loss by making you feel full for longer.

Besan ka Halwa – This delicious Indian sweet dish is made with gram flour and is packed with instant energy, iron and antioxidants that promote heart health and weight control.

Thekua -This tasty treat from Bihar not only helps satiate hunger pangs for long but also protects you against the changing season. Containing Wheat Flour, Jaggery and dry fruits, it also boosts energy levels, enhances digestion and grants immunity.

Healthy Wheat Cake -Made from wheat flour, dates and dry fruits, this yummy cake is homemade and is served fresh from the oven. It is a healthy replacement to what you buy from bakery and tastes so good..

DRINKS
