- • Free Cancellation if cancelled more than 30 days prior to Check in date. • 50% retention charges, if cancelled between 15-30 days prior to Check in date. • 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to Check in date. • Change in guest/ guests names would be treated as Cancellation. **Note: Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
